How to take

• Using the pipette dropper, place 3 to 5 drops under the tongue every 6 to 8 hours.
• Leave under the tongue for at least 30 seconds, then swallow.
• Do not use more than 2ml in 24 hours.
• For topical use, apply 3 to 5 drops to the affected area and gently massage.
• Use as a daily food supplement or topical rub.
