      Directions for use
      1. Always ensure your hands are completely dry before handling the tablets. This prevents them from sticking together and maintains their effectiveness.
      2. If two Finish Powerball tablets are stuck together, do not try to pull them apart. Instead, place both tablets at the bottom of the dishwasher and continue with your wash cycle.
      3. The dishwasher tablet dissolves completely during the wash cycle, so there is no need to remove any wrapping.
      4. Place one tablet per wash in the dry detergent dispenser of your dishwasher.
      5. Do not place the tablet in the cutlery basket. However, if you are using a Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer and the tablet does not fit in the dispenser, place it in an empty section of the cutlery basket.
      6. Simply remove food scraps and scrape plates before loading. There’s no need to pre-rinse—let Finish Powerball Ultimate handle tough stains.

      Optimal Wash Cycles for Best Results:

      • Use at 50-55°C or eco/auto cycles for maximum efficiency.
      • Suitable for short cycles (1 hour at 65°C) while still delivering a powerful clean.

      Storage Instructions:

      • Reseal the bag after each use
      • Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture, to maintain the quality of the tablets.
      • Do not store above the temperature 30°C.
      • Keep out of reach of children.

      How do dishwasher tablets work?

      Dishwasher tablets are designed to provide an all-in-one cleaning solution for your dishes, eliminating the need for multiple detergent products. They contain a carefully balanced mix of enzymes, surfactants, and cleaning agents that work together to break down food residues, grease, and stains during the dishwasher cycle. Once the dishwasher starts, the Finish Powerball tablet dissolves in the water, releasing its cleaning agents at the right stage of the cycle.

      Does Finish Powerball Ultimate contain bleach?

      Finish Powerball Ultimate does not contain traditional chlorine bleach (such as sodium hypochlorite). However, it does contain oxygen-based bleach in the form of Disodium carbonate, compound with hydrogen peroxide (Sodium Percarbonate).

      This oxygen bleach works differently from chlorine bleach—it helps remove stains, break down tough food residues, and brighten dishes without the harshness or strong odour associated with traditional bleach. It is also considered a safer and more eco-friendly alternative.

      So while Finish Powerball Ultimate contains a bleaching agent, it is not chlorine-based and is designed to be gentle on glassware and dish surfaces while delivering powerful cleaning results.

      Why is my dishwasher tablet not dissolving properly?

      This could be due to water temperature, blocked detergent dispensers, or placing the tablet in the wrong area. Always ensure the dishwasher is running at the recommended 50-55°C or short cycle (1hr, 65°C).
