    How to Use

    To help you prepare for sleep, gently massage 2-3 pumps (5ml, equivalent to approximately 100mg of elemental magnesium) of the Amazing Oils Sleep Lotion into your lower back, behind your knees, and on the tops of your feet for 20 minutes before bedtime.

    For a mid-day reset, apply the magnesium lotion to your upper body, chest, and arms to ease your mind and release tension.

    Storage

    This product needs to be stored below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

    Ingredients

    Active Ingredients p/mL: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate 160mg (equivalent Magnesium 19.13mg), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract 1.049mg/ml (from 23.26mg/ml Dry Flower), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil 2.625mg/ml.
