    Directions for use
    1. Before use, inspect the respirator for any visible damage or defects. Ensure that the straps, nose clip, and respirator body are intact and in good condition.
    2. Place the respirator over your nose and mouth, ensuring a snug and secure fit. Adjust the nose clip to conform to the shape of your nose and check for any gaps between the respirator and your face. Perform a positive and negative pressure seal check by inhaling and exhaling deeply to ensure proper fit.
    3. Position the respirator over your nose, mouth, and chin, ensuring full coverage and a tight seal. Pull the straps over your head and adjust them to achieve a comfortable yet secure fit. Make sure the respirator is properly aligned and centered on your face.
    4. Perform another seal check by covering the respirator with both hands and exhaling gently. If you feel air escaping around the edges of the respirator, readjust the fit until a proper seal is achieved.
    5. Once the respirator is in place, avoid touching or adjusting it while in use. Touching the outside of the respirator can potentially contaminate it and compromise its effectiveness.
    6. Wear the respirator as needed for protection against airborne particles or contaminants. Replace the respirator if it becomes damaged, soiled, or difficult to breathe through.
    7. When removing the respirator, avoid touching the front surface to prevent contamination. Grasp the straps and pull them over your head, taking care not to touch your face. Dispose of the respirator properly in a designated waste bin.
    8. After removing the respirator, perform hand hygiene using soap and water or hand sanitiser to remove any potential contaminants from your hands.
