    Directions for use

    For use as a heat pack:

    • Place the wheat bag in the microwave and heat it on high for 2 minutes. (It is recommended not to heat it for more than 2.5 minutes as it can be too hot to be used comfortably on your skin).
    • When you first remove it from the microwave, it may be a little too warm for immediate use as the heat is concentrated in the middle. Be sure to give the wheat bag a good shake for the warmth to evenly spread.
    • Place on areas of soreness or aching. Allow some time for the heat to gently seep into the muscle and sore area. 

    Note: The heat pack will last for about 35-40 minutes depending on the surrounding temperature of the area at the time of use. 

    For use as a cold pack:

    • Place the wheat bag in the freezer for about 30 mins until it is cold. 
    • Take out from the freezer and place on the sprained or strained areas of the body. 

    Note: Since there is no water content in the wheat bag, it won’t freeze, so you can store it in the freezer for use at any time! Be sure to keep it in a freezer-safe container.
